Returns, right of withdrawal & refunds

We at bozhistudio.se want you to be happy with your purchase. If you want to cancel your order or return an item, you can submit a withdrawal notice within 14 days of receiving the item.

For a return to be approved

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

You need to be able to provide your order number or show a receipt/order confirmation.

How to make a return

Fill in the withdrawal form further down this page.

Select the order and the products you want to return.

Click “Send withdrawal notice”.

Once your withdrawal notice is registered you will receive further instructions on how to send the return back.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the return, the refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping is paid by the customer in the case of a change of mind. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we naturally cover the cost.

Damaged or incorrect item?

If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, we will help you at no extra cost.

Email us at kundservice@bozhistudio.se and please attach a photo of the product along with your order number, and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
